By connecting music artists, fans, and the business, we aim to create an entire eco-system, where performers get exposed to event venues, club owners, recording studios, festivals, and artist agencies. Where audiences expand, and fans and peer artists can communicate closely. In a nutshell, it is the one stop place for discovering new music, talent, and business opportunities.
The Airstage Brand Ambassador conquers a city in the blink of an eye. What it takes? A bit of sales creativity, some analytical thinking, a pinch of marketing know-how, and lots of passion and enthusiasm. This person is to be based and travel around London helping us onboard artists and B2B partners to grow Airstage. If this is you, we want to hear more!
Responsibilities and Duties
At Airstage, you will be:
Working closely with the London city launcher team
Setting up partnerships and managing relationships with venues, music institutions, recording/rehearsing studios, artists, etc.
Exploring business development opportunities (sponsorships, partnerships, co-promotions, cross-marketing) with B2B organizations.
Helping with the crafting and executing of local sales/marketing strategies for the further development of Airstage.
Researching your city and getting to know its music side better.
Gathering feedback from artists and B2B partners and guiding them through their Airstage experience.
Helping with putting on Airstage events in London (and later on throughout the UK).
Participating in developing Airstage’s vision by proposing ideas and actions, because your voice matters!
Taking part in team meetings, gatherings, remote calls, and all other fun team activities.
Qualifications and Skills
The perfect Brand Ambassador would be:
A born seller – busy environments don’t scare you – on the contrary, they motivate you!
Self organised, with high energy and enthusiasm, and a hands-on approach.
A passionate music lover (music or DJ experience is a plus, but certainly not compulsory).
An outgoing persona eager to dive into adventures.
Creative and able to work independently.
An exceptional communicator (both written and verbal)
Keen on entrepreneurship.
Experienced in sales / marketing / business development /project management experience (or related).
An executor – no task is too big for you, it’s only a challenge :).
Excited about startups and Airstage, in particular.
Valuable training and coaching.
Flexible working hours.

PLEASE, note, there we work in a co-working space as office assigned to this internship. We are digital nomads, we operate online and on the go.
You will have access to all the online tools and directories required. All you need is a smartphone/laptop and internet connection. As simple as that!
